Innerness™
From Self-Blame to Self-Compassion
You became who you needed to be to survive.
Now it’s time to meet who you actually are.
Does this sound like you?
- You know something went wrong but nothing dramatic happened, so you blame yourself.
- You've spent years trying to understand your triggers — but nothing changes.
- On the outside, you look like you have it together. On the inside, something feels vaguely empty.
- You abandon your own needs the moment someone else needs something.
- You break promises to yourself, then punish yourself for it.
- You chase after people who makes you doubt yourself or struggle to break toxic relationship patterns.
- You’ve tried therapy, read the books, forced the self-care routines — but nothing sticks.
- You're burnt out from trying to fix yourself.
- You’ve are your own worst enemy — criticising, striving, performing — hoping it will finally make you feel worthy.
Most people who find their way here have spent years asking the same quiet question:
"What is wrong with me?"
And you need to know:
Nothing is wrong with you. But something is missing.
You didn’t arrive here because you’re weak, damaged, or difficult.
What you’re living with has a name – Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN).
CEN has nothing to do with whether you were loved. No one hit you. No one left. On paper, your childhood was fine. But emotionally? You were on your own. Your feelings weren’t met. Your needs weren’t noticed. You learned early that the safest thing to do was to stop needing.
CEN doesn’t leave visible scars. It leaves invisible patterns — self-abandonment, chronic self-criticism, an unshakeable sense that you’re somehow not quite enough even when you know better.
That’s precisely what Innerness™ was built to address.
The Innerness™ Difference
Why Most Approaches Don't Work — And What Does
Most healing modalities fail not because they’re wrong, but because they’re applied at the wrong stage. Therapy works brilliantly for some people at certain points in their journey. Self-help books are powerful for awareness. Journaling can be transformative — or it can become another form of intellectualisation.
The Innerness Method™ is based on one core insight:
"The right tool at the right stage changes everything. The wrong tool — even a good one — just keeps you stuck in a more sophisticated way."
That is why Innerness™ is built around the CEN Recovery Map™ — a stage-based framework that identifies exactly where you are right now, and applies the right approach at the right moment. CBT when you’re ready for it. Somatic work when your nervous system is receptive to it. Not a one-size-fits-all prescription.
How it works
The Innerness Method™
A 7-step journey from self-abandonment to deep inner worth — built on neuroscience, psychology, and the hard-won wisdom of lived experience.
The seven stages make up three phases:
Phase 1
Uncover
We begin by identifying your Self-Abandonment Archetype™ – the ways you learned to disconnect from yourself to feel safe. Together, we’ll trace these back to their origins, because you cannot release what you don’t fully understand.
Phase 2
Release
Understanding the wound isn’t the same as healing it. Through AI-assisted reflection and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to process what you’ve been carrying — without overwhelm, without re-traumatisation, and without years of circling the same ground.
Phase 3
Return
As old patterns dissolve, something beautiful emerges: the real you. We’ll build new rhythms that support your authentic voice, reconnect you with your intuition and desires, and help you step fully into a life aligned with who you truly are and the purpose you’re here to fulfill.
What Makes Innerness™ Unique?
It meets you where you are
Most healing approaches hand you a generic tool and hope it fits. Innerness starts with a different question: where are you actually? After we have identified your exact stage in the healing journey, we work with what your nervous system is ready for right now. Not what worked for someone else. Not what sounds good in theory. What moves you at this stage.
It uses AI as a mirror, not an answer machine
AI creates something most healing spaces can’t — a judgment-free container where you can step outside your own story and access genuine self-compassion. But the Innerness Method doesn’t stop there. LLMs are notorious for telling you what you want to hear, so the method trains AI for radical self-honesty — surfacing blind spots, naming patterns, and refusing to let you intellectualise your way past what needs to be faced.
It doesn't ask you to perform your healing
Forcing self-love before you feel it. Disciplining yourself into worthiness. Innerness doesn’t work that way. The goal is not to perform a ‘better’ version of yourself — it’s to stop abandoning the version that’s already there. That shift changes everything.
What Innerness Is NOT
- This is not therapy. I'm not a therapist, and I won't pretend to be.
- This is not another positivity programme. You won't be told to 'love yourself' without being shown how.
- This is not a quick fix. The patterns you're working with took years to form.
- This is not generic coaching. There are no scripts here — only frameworks built around your specific patterns.
What it is: a system for people who are ready for change that actually sticks.
Meet Your Guide
I'm Jeanette. And I was you
I didn’t think of myself as someone with trauma. I was driven, self-aware, impressively credentialled — and quietly falling apart. It wasn’t until I discovered Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) that everything finally made sense.
CEN was not the dramatic trauma you’ve been told to look for — but the invisible kind. The good things that didn’t happen.
I thought that discovery would fix it. It didn’t. The gap only closed when I started using AI as a mirror – not for advice but for radical self-honesty. Seeing my own patterns reflected without judgment changed everything for me.
That’s the work I now teach.
I hold an MSc in Psychoneurology and four coaching certifications, have coached individuals and groups for over a decade, and have spoken at international events, including Mindvalley University and neuroscience symposia.
But note, I am not a therapist. I am a Teacher-Architect: I build frameworks that help you understand yourself — and then I walk with you through the new territory which is the Real You.

Not sure where to start?
Most people come to Innerness™ knowing something is wrong — they just don’t know what to call it.
The Self-Abandonment Archetype Quiz™ is your starting point.
Self-abandonment doesn’t look the same in everyone. It takes the shape of whatever you needed to be to feel safe as a child — and it follows you into your adult relationships, your career, and the way you speak to yourself when no one’s watching.
